Orders & Returns
Delivery time depends on the type of gown and any customization options. For standard models, delivery time is usually 5-7 business days. For customization, it can be as long as 2-3 weeks. You will receive a confirmation from us with the expected delivery date.

Yes, we offer special rates when purchasing multiple gowns. Please contact us to request a quote.
Yes, you can return or exchange unused standard models within 14 days. Custom products unfortunately cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more information.
